Dealing with Christmas Stress Webinar (Webcast/Teleseminar) | 1 Hour | £5 | Book It! |
Event Details:
Is stress reducing your enjoyment of life, impacting your health, affecting your relationships, reducing your effectiveness, performance, and decision making ability?
Stress can be defined as, "the emotional, physiological and psychological effects caused by a build up of either internally or externally generated mental pressure". That pressure can have many sources, but it is often how you react to or deal with it that causes the problems. Left unmanaged prolonged stress can lead to many much more serious physical and mental issues. It is therefore very important that you learn ways to recognise and manage your stress levels as early as possible.
