The Eating Disorder Treatment in Manchester

The eating disorder treatment at the Manchester counselling and psychotherapy practice is highly individualised to your unique requirements. So the exact form of treatment and number of sessions will vary from person to person.  I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ treatment, as we are all unique human beings. I therefore combine Eating Disorder Treatment Manchester | Counselling for Eating Disorders Anorexia Bulimia Binge Eating in Manchesterall my skills and experience to produce a treatment that is tailored to meet your personal needs.

During the process we will address whatever issues need to be dealt with to enable you to overcome your eating disorder. The treatment process itself is sensitive, respectful, non-judgemental, and is carried out at a pace which you are comfortable with.

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and accredited and Contemporary Psychotherapist. I use an integrative approach which combines elements of Gestalt TherapyNeuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Self Relations Psychotherapy, Counselling, CBT, Clinical Hypnotherapy, mindfulness and life coaching.

Don’t see exactly what you are looking for? Then do please get in touch to discuss your requirements. My extensive training and years of experience has given me the flexibility and knowledge to help you work through many psychological issues.

Each session lasts 1 hour, and sessions are usually held weekly.
