The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale is a 10-item scale that measures global self-worth by measuring both positive and negative feelings about the self.

Instructions

Below is a list of statements dealing with your general feelings about yourself. Please indicate how strongly you agree or disagree with each statement.

NOTE: The results are intended as a guide only. They are not intended to be a clinical diagnosis.  No diagnosis is being offered.  For a clinical diagnosis speak with your doctor or other qualified health professional.
